Morning, 2nd April…
This morning, is walks as usual.
“Aihara, I didn’t do anything strange towards you last night, did I??”
“Umm, no… nothing at all…”
“But why your face is so pale??”
“I don’t know. Maybe the weather,” I tried to lie.
“Let me see,” suddenly, He approached me. His face was so close with my face.

This afternoon, Inoue-san asked me to take the old documents on the cupboard in Dr. Abarai’s room. She told me to be careful. Because the document was so heavy and big.
“You’d better asked for Dr. Abarai’s help,” suggested her.
Nah, forget it. I won’t. It better for me to take it by myself.
Oh, shit! She’s right. These fuckin’ documents is so heavy! I guess I need someone’s help. But, of course not Dr. Abarai’s help. He can make me faint.
“Aihara what are you doing there?” suddenly Dr. Abarai came.
“Oh, no Doctor, I just take some documents. I’m alright. It better turned to your spot,”
“Idiot! How can a girl like you can pick that document up! Let me take it!”

Too late. He was climbed the table, and suddenly stood behind my back.
“You idiot! Don’t suddenly release the document like that!” He was scolding me.
“But, Doctor…”

We both were falling down. Dr. Abarai was oppressed by me. And, unfortunately, his right arm was broke.
“I’m really sorryyy!! I didn’t mean to pressed you,”
He’s not answered. Seemed that He was angry.
“How if you got hurt??! ‘Baka’ Aihara,”
He was worry about me…
After He was examining with Dr. Kurotsuchi, He has to stay in home for a week.
“He’s okay. Daijoubu… but, He has to take a rest for a week. Let He has a totally rest full. Okay?? No special medicine for this case. But, I suggest you to give him a lot of calcium. Okay??”
“Yes, Dr. Kurotsuchi. Sorry, to trouble you,” I bowed.
“Hohohoho… nope at all. Please, take care of my little ‘bro’,”
“Hai’,” I bowed again.
Then, I came into his treatment room. Looked He was very upset. His hand was bound by a bandage. I held his arm softly,
“What can I do for you, to ransom all my fail??”
“Take care of me, until I’m alright,”

“Yes, are you having an objection with it??”
So, I was taken care of him. The arrangement like this. Every time I was done with my job, I have to come to his apartment. Take care of him, made him dinner, prepare the bed for him, and then, go home.
As long as Dr. Abarai was staying in home, the Central Hospital sent a surgeon to replace Dr. Abarai for a while. His name is Dr. Byakuya.
After 5 days have a team work with him, I felt that He’s ‘kinder’ and ‘more friendly’ than Dr. Abarai. He always brought me home, ate my lunch, and more ‘intimate’ toward me.
He called me by Aiko-chan. It’s better than Dr. Abarai who always calls me Aihara. Ufh… that’s so boring.
“Aiko-chan, would you home together with me??”
Now, my work time have done. I went home…
“No, thanks. I’ll visit Dr. Abarai’s place to give this report. Besides, He’ll need my help to take care of him self,”
“Alright. I’ll take you until station,”
My travel to Dr. Abarai’s apartment was about 10 minutes.
After I signed the guest book, I took a lift to go to Dr. Abarai’s room.
“Dr. Abarai, I’m coming in,”
I entered the room. The room was so quiet.
“Doctor??” I searched him everywhere.
I was entering the room. Big enough. Maybe, He was from the rich family. But, I don’t know his family exactly.
Oh, I found him. He was sleeping. He was so cute when He was sleeping. Like a little angle lying on a cloud. Singing and playing a harp. What beautiful scenery. I approached his face. Felt, like I wanna kiss him. I wanna make him at ease. But…
“Wake up, Izumi!! He’s your superior!! Don’t daydreaming!!”
I was scolding my self.
Let’s finished this mess up!!
Then, I began to do all the households. Washing his clothes, Prepare the dinner, tidy up his bedroom. Hhh… I’m tired. It felt I want to fell down.
“Doctor…” I shook his body.
He still was sleeping.
“Doctor, sorry to disturb you. But, it’s been night, and you haven’t eaten yet. Please, get up,” I little bit slapped his arm.
“Aihara? Is that you??” He woke up surprised.
“Yes, it’s me, Doctor. Will you get up??”
I supported him to wake up. He was sitting on his sofa now.
“Aihara, I’m little bit hungry,”
Oh no… He began to be spoiled.
“Ah, I’ve prepared a dinner to you,”
“What kind of dish??”
“Mmm… Salad tuna, Sashimi with salmon fish, soya-bean rice, and milk,”
“I don’t like them all,” He closed his mouth by his hands.
“Why Doctor?? Dr. Kurotsuchi said that you must have a lot of calcium supply!”
“I don’t like them all! If I said like that, I’ll never eat those!”
I breathed deeply, “Please, Doctor,”
“I want to feed by you,” his reaction was like 3 years old children.
“Okay, I give up,” I raised my both hands.
“Near the windows,” He pointed the windows.
“For what??”
“To see those stars! I like stars so much,” He began to act like a small kid as if I’m his mother. But, how ever, I understand him. He has no mother since He was breathing his first air in this world.
What a pity.
“Father said, that my mother has become a star,” I pointed the most shining star.
“Oh ya?” seemed that He was curious about my beginning story.
“Don’t talk with your full mouth,”
Then, He swallowed the food patiently, and waited me up to tell him the story.
“Yeah, she became a star. One of those stars, of course that’s my mom. She always watches me out from there. So your mother too,”
“But, stars only appear at night, isn’t it?”
“No, stars also appear in the morning and daylight. But, their lights is not so large as the sunlight,”
“What a beautiful fairytale it is,”
“Huh??”
“A thousand fairytale has my grandma told me about it. But, I guess, this is the one who most beautiful. The one that you just told it to me,”
I felt, my face became fiery red…
“Ah, Aihara, why your face becomes so blushed??”

“Okay, I’m finished. I’m full,” He got up from his seat.
I tided the dish up.
When I was just finished washing the dishes, I saw He has been slept. It’s very funny to saw his face when He was sleeping. He’s like an angel slept on the silver clouds.
I pulled the blanket to cover his entire body from the cold weather.
Then I saw the clock, it has been exactly 23.00 p.m.
I decided to sleep here, on the sofa. It’s been too late for home.
After I called Tatsuki-san, I putted my body on the sofa. Then, I saw a book shelf near the sofa. I got up and approached the shelf.
Ah, I found something.
An old book story. The cover was written ‘A Prince of Star’
A famous book that my grandma always read it to me. Told about a little prince who was trusteeship to care a small flower. So much temptation came to the little prince. Until the flower was bloomed, He knew the true mean of his ‘guardian’ towards the flower.
I love this book…
I took the book. I read it again. Too much pictures that bring me to my nostalgic. Nostalgic time… Grandma called my name, I approached her, she opened the book, and I sat on her lean.
I sat on the sofa. Then, sank my self in his sofa.
Ah… Doctor’s smell
I haven’t read the book. I just embrace it, and fell asleep…
In the morning…
“Seems you like that book, huh??”
I felt like I heard someone’s voice.
“Hyaa!! Doctor, Forgive me…!”
“Its okay, Daijoubu… I love that book too. Otto-san said that book was my mother’s favorite,” He cleaved the curtains that closed the windows.
“Look, there’s a small bird singing swiftly…” He pointed his finger at a bird.
“Parakeet…” I mumbled to my self
“Do you know that bird’ species?”
“Oji-san told me everything about the animals,”
We both were silent for a long moment. Until…
“Oh god!! I should be late!! I have been promised to meet with a new patient!” I saw my watch has been pointed 08.00 a.m.
I jumped from the bed and ran off.
“Are you sure not wanna to have some breakfast??!”
“Doctor made a breakfast to me??”
“No. I mean, made it by your self. So I can ask a little bit…”
“Nah…!”
Then, I got out from that place. When I was arriving at the hospital, I got scold from Dr. Byakuya.
So much day I trough with this way. God, I need to sleep…
Dr. Byakuya will be scolded me up!
